Legal Stuff

The terms you agree to when you use AiVisible, what we do with your data, and what our reports are and are not. Plain English, no tricks.

Last updated 19 September 2026. AiVisible is operated by NAUD Consultancy LLC ("we", "us"), Ohio, United States. Questions: hello@aivisible.us

1. What AiVisible actually does

AiVisible inspects publicly available information about a business: its website's technical signals (robots.txt, structured data, sitemap, page content) and public third-party sources (search results, review sites, directories, reference pages, news). It then uses a large language model to produce a report describing how an AI assistant would likely characterise that business, and a list of suggested improvements.

Two limits matter. First, we query one AI model directly (Anthropic's Claude) and we check whether other assistants' crawlers are permitted to read your site. We do not query ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot or Perplexity to see what they say about you, and we do not claim to. Second, a report is a snapshot of public information at the moment it was generated. The web changes, AI models are retrained, and results will differ over time. A report is not a live monitoring service.

2. Estimates are estimates, not measurements

Our Intermediate and Advanced reports include figures labelled "revenue at risk" or "revenue loss". These are modelled estimates, not measurements of money you have actually lost. They are produced by multiplying a revenue figure (one you supply, or one estimated from your category and size) by assumed rates for new-customer share, AI-assisted discovery, and your measured visibility gap. Every assumption used is printed in the report so you can check it.

No one, including us, can measure how much business you lost because an AI assistant did not mention you. These numbers exist to help you prioritise work and judge whether a fix is worth your time. They are not accounting figures, financial projections, a valuation, or a promise. Do not present them to investors, lenders, or in litigation as measured fact. If you supply an inaccurate revenue figure, the estimate will be inaccurate.

3. No guarantee of results

We do not guarantee that following our recommendations will cause any AI assistant to mention your business, describe it more favourably, recommend it above competitors, or produce any increase in traffic, enquiries, or revenue. AI systems are controlled by third parties, change without notice, and weigh sources in ways nobody outside those companies can see or influence with certainty.

AiVisible does not provide legal, financial, tax, investment, or accounting advice, and is not a substitute for a professional SEO, marketing, or PR agency. Recommendations are informational. You decide what to implement, and you are responsible for the consequences of implementing it, including any changes made to your website, robots.txt, DNS, or third-party listings.

4. Third-party information may be wrong

Reports summarise what public sources say about a business. Those sources may be outdated, incomplete, biased, or simply incorrect, and AI models can misread them or state things confidently that are not true. We surface what we found; we do not verify it and we do not endorse it. Where a report names competitors, that reflects what appeared in public search results, not our opinion of relative quality.

If a report contains something inaccurate about your business, tell us at hello@aivisible.us and we will re-run it or correct it.

5. Payment and refunds

Prices are shown in US dollars before purchase and are charged once per report. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. Agency packs are prepaid credits, do not expire, and are tied to the code issued at purchase.

If your report fails to generate, you get a full refund. Email us with your receipt and we will either re-run it or refund you, your choice.

Once a report has been delivered, it is not refundable. It is a digital product, produced on demand at real cost, and delivered in full within minutes. Disagreeing with the score, disliking the findings, or deciding not to act on the recommendations is not grounds for a refund. Agency pack credits already spent on delivered reports are likewise non-refundable; unused credits can be refunded within 30 days of purchase.

By purchasing, you expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose any statutory right of withdrawal once delivery is complete, where that right would otherwise apply.

6. Acceptable use

Order reports for businesses you own, represent, or have a legitimate professional interest in. Do not use AiVisible to harass a competitor, to generate material presented as an independent or official assessment when it is not, or to make claims about another business that our reports do not support. Do not attempt to overload, scrape, reverse-engineer, or circumvent payment on this service.

You may share and resell reports you have paid for, including as part of agency work. If you resell or white-label them, the relationship with your client is yours: you are responsible for what you tell them, and you agree to indemnify us against claims arising from how you presented or used a report.

7. Intellectual property and trademarks

You own the report you purchase and may use it commercially. We retain ownership of the AiVisible software, scoring methodology, and site content.

AiVisible is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Microsoft, Perplexity, or any other AI company. Names such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot and Perplexity are trademarks of their respective owners and are used here only to describe, factually, which systems we test for and refer to. Business names, logos and competitor names appearing in reports belong to their owners and are referenced descriptively.

8. Privacy: what we collect and why

When you run a free scan or buy a report, we record the website address and business name you enter, and, if you choose to provide them, your email address and an approximate monthly revenue figure. The revenue figure is used solely to calculate your estimate.

Automatically, we record your IP address, the approximate city, region, country and timezone derived from it, your browser and operating system, the referring page, and timestamps. We use this to operate the service, prevent abuse, and understand where customers come from.

We do not sell your data, rent it, share it with advertisers, or use it to build advertising profiles. We do not place advertising or tracking cookies, and the site uses no third-party analytics.

Processors we rely on: Cloudflare (hosting, storage, email routing), Stripe (payments; they receive your payment details directly and their privacy policy governs that), and Anthropic (the model that generates reports; the business name, website and site content we collected are sent to it). Contents of the site we scan are public pages fetched as any crawler would fetch them.

Retention: activity records are kept for up to 180 days; generated reports are kept for up to 90 days so you can reopen your link; agency pack records are kept while the pack has unused credits and for our accounting records afterwards. Stripe retains payment records under its own obligations.

Your choices: email us at hello@aivisible.us to request a copy of what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We will respond within 30 days. Deleting your records does not reverse a completed payment or retract a report already delivered to you.

This service is intended for businesses and is not directed at children under 13. Our servers are in the United States; if you use AiVisible from elsewhere, your information is processed in the United States.

9. Liability

The service and reports are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to AiVisible is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the report or pack giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive damages, nor for lost profits, lost revenue, lost business opportunities, lost data, or reputational harm, even if we were advised such damages were possible.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing here limits liability for fraud or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Changes, disputes and governing law

We may update these terms; the "last updated" date above will change, and the terms in force when you purchase are the ones that govern that purchase. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time; if we discontinue it, unused prepaid credits will be refunded.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing anything, email us at hello@aivisible.us; nearly everything is resolved that way. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Ohio, and both sides consent to that jurisdiction. Any claim must be brought within one year of when it arose. If a provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.

Questions about any of this?

Email us and a person will answer. We would rather fix a problem than argue about a clause.
